Here is a sampling of some of the alchemical and herbalism items that can be found in my campaign world of Aquerria. It doesn't include any of the more rare and fantastic options, but this list is available to my players and all these items are easily found in the Gibbet Row Market of the City-State of Anzagort.

Ash Bark Tea: Specially treated dry tea that can be used to treat diseases, granting a +1 to saving throws for a day.
Comfrey Root Powder: When drunk as an infusion, it grants an extra +1hp/day healing for the next 1d6 days.
Elusian Leaf Tea: This concoction requires a DC 15 Herbalism skill check, and restores 1 point of temporary Stamina damage. Only one dose per day has any effect.
Hellebore Tonic: This infusion grants the imbiber +1 to Fortitude saves for a day. It tastes terrible.
Mistletoe (holy sprig): When properly harvested by a druid on mid-summer's Eve, cut by a silver sickle and caught in a wooden bowl, this can be expended as a material component to grant a druid a +1 to a druid’s spell check. Mistletoe retains its potency for 1d3 months.
Razorleaf Oil: Preparing this ointment requires a DC 5 Herbalism check, and repels insects for 1d4 hours (insects have -2d to attack anyone wearing this. This oil has a shelf life of 1 week before losing potency.
Spiced Kava: This hot beverage grants +1 to Will saves for 1d4 hours, and requires a DC 5 Herbalism skill check to brew. It also grants +2 to hangover saving throws if immediately drunk the morning after a night out at the tavern.
Tenleaf Poultice: This specially
prepared paste made with a DC 12 Herbalism skill check heals 1 hit point in an
hour. This poultice is only effective once
per day.
