Because I added three new abilities, I added a cost of +30,000 gp for the Gemstone Golem.

Golem, Gemstone
Some
wizards use Breathe Life to animate multiple components into a golem,
such as a number of gems, each inscribed individually with a rune of animation. Such a golem is expensive to construct, but
serve as a deadly tomb or tower guardian, preying on the greedy or the foolish. A gemstone golem will coalesce from a pile of
gems into a guardian creature when certain conditions are met or broken (such
as a living creature entering the crypt they have been assigned to protect).
Gemstone
golems appear as a huge hoard of gemstones of all shapes, sizes, varieties, and
cuts. However, when disturbed, the gemstone golem draws itself up quickly into
a large, roughly humanoid shape with great fists. In addition to powerful
blows, they can issue forth a hail of gemstones from their body, similar to a
breath weapon.
A
gemstone golem as below can be constructed for 40,000 gp + 100,000 gp and a Breathe
Life result of 34+.
Gemstone
Golem: Init -1; Atk fist +6 melee (dmg 3d6); AC 11; HD 8d8; MV 30’; Act
1d20; SP amorphous, death throes, golem traits; SV Fort +8, Ref +4, Will +5; Int 10, Str 16, Agi 10.
Due to
its amorphous nature, caused by being made up of individual gems, the gemstone
golem is immune to Mighty Deeds which involve the severance of any part of its being.
Additionally, it cannot be blinded, deafened, thrown, or tripped.
Upon
being slain the golem collapses, with over 800 pounds of gemstone shards exploding
forth. Anyone within 30 feet must make a
DC 10 Reflex save or suffer 1d6 hp of damage from hurtling gems.
The gemstone
golem’s body if defeated is mostly broken and worthless, but 1d100 x 20
gp gems will remain that can be scavenged.
